Grape Arbor & Steps
The Grape Arbor was built by the Lawsons in 1910. Grapevines cover the roof and cascade down the pillars. It was a place to sit and bird-watch, and to view the gardens and lake.

The steps beyond the arbor offer even better views. Large ferns were shipped from Italy and strategically placed on the walls of those steps.
